Meet the AmeriChoice Management Team
The AmeriChoice Management Team is made of Senior Management personnel at the credit union. Our Senior Management personnel oversee the operations, service, product development and implementation while keeping the credit union financially strong.
Anna May Nauss - President/CEO
Anna May Nauss has dedicated 31 years to the credit union, with a focus on providing financial literacy and service to the local community. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting.
An active member of the Grange since age 15, Anna May has held leadership positions at all levels of the organization, which is committed to family, legislative, and community service. On the local level, she serves as Secretary, and is also the Treasurer of her county Grange. Mrs. Nauss recently served as Director of Youth/Young Adults for Pennsylvania State Grange.
Anna May serves as Secretary for the Board of Directors at the Mechanicsburg Chamber of Commerce. She is devoted to her community and is involved with many programs that directly benefit area residents. At the Mechanicsburg Area School District, Anna May devoted many hours to school activities when her children attended and has continued her involvement by mentoring middle school students for over 12 years.
Mrs. Nauss is a founder of Operation Wildcat, a program created by parents to meet the needs of all students in the District, and currently serves as Recording Secretary of the Board of Directors of Operation Wildcat. Anna May also co-chaired Project Gift Box for four years, matching the children’s needs and wants with willing donors during the holiday season.
Anna May was recently recognized for her service as a 2016 West Shore Chamber of Commerce Luminary award nominee.
Nauss’ vision for the future of the credit union is to grow membership numbers by offering valuable products and services. We’re in an age of cutting-edge technology and instant gratification, but Nauss wants to offer these cutting-edge products and services with AmeriChoice’s renowned personal touch.
Abby Kiebach - Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Kiebach has attained over 28 years of Credit Union and Banking experience, which includes thirteen years as CEO of Midsize Credit Union, five years as CFO of a Community Bank, five years as a PCUA Consultant and has over five years of Member Services and Collections experience.
Abby is fully committed to the credit union industry and our local communities. This dedication is demonstrated though her volunteer positions with MidAtlantic Corporate FCU Board of Directors, Supervisory & Nominating Committees and Secretary of Sollievo (a CUSO of MA).
She has also previously volunteered on the PCUA GAC and the LanChester Chapter of credit unions.
Abby graduated with an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Penn State University and has achieved many certifications through continued education.
John Needs - Executive Vice President of Business and Mortgage Lending
John Needs has been employed with AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union since 2003. Mr. Needs has more than 30 years experience in the financial industry and has been serving the credit union segment for 10 years. His previous experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Lending for Keystone Financial, Inc.
As Executive Vice President of Business and Mortgage Lending, Mr. Needs is responsible for directing business lending, mortgage lending, and business development.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Needs is currently involved on various committees of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce. Previously he served as an Auditor for the Boys & Girls Club and was an active Rotarian for many years with the Rotary Club of Mechanicsburg.
Brad Grissinger - Vice President of Consumer Lending
As Vice President of Consumer Lending, Brad is responsible for overseeing and managing the Consumer Lending and Visa departments. Brad has also served AmeriChoice as Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending, Senior Loan Officer, and Branch Manager.
Brad earned his Bachelor of Humanities degree with a major in Communications from Penn State University. He is a graduate of the Judge/Bradley Leadership School and earned a certificate from the Investor Education Program. He is also certified in Advanced Lending and Financial Management by CUNA.
Through the years Brad has served the community through volunteering with youth organizations like Championship as well as his work with voter registration. Brad is also a supporter of the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and Humane Society of Harrisburg.
Thomas Ha - Vice President of Information Technology
Thomas Ha has been employed by AmeriChoice FCU since 1997. Mr. Ha has 28 years’ experience in the computer field, working with multiple hardware platforms and software packages in the midrange, PC and network arenas. His background includes work in the health care, education, manufacturing and finance industries.
His current role as Vice President of Information Technology for AmeriChoice offers him a chance to support a wide range of products and services while aiming at the moving target of information security.
Mr. Ha’s time is also spent supporting multiple non-profit organizations in roles as varied as Treasurer for the National Association of Rocketry (nar.org) and Publicity Chair for the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk (makingstrideswalk.org/Harrisburg). He is also a twenty seven year volunteer for WITF, Inc. (witf.org) both as a tour guide and as a Pledge Supervisor.
Brittney Monteith - Director of Marketing
Brittney Monteith joined the credit union in 2015 as the Director of Marketing. She brings a combined 12 years of experience in the financial services and marketing industries, specializing in digital marketing.
As Director of Marketing, Mrs. Monteith is responsible for establishing and executing the marketing strategy for the credit union as well as community outreach including sponsorships and company-wide community involvement initiatives. She also oversees business development and team training for the credit union. Bringing the credit union in to the future while maintaining the strong values that are so important to AmeriChoice is her top priority.
Brittney holds a dual bachelors degree from Duquesne University and a Masters of Business Administration from Eastern University. She is a member of multiple business organizations including Delta Mu Delta Business society and the American Marketing Association. Ms. Monteith serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Capital Area Networking group and is a partner in the Central Pennsylvania Association for Female Executives (CPAFE).
