Meet the AmeriChoice Management Team
The AmeriChoice Management Team is made of Senior Management personnel at the credit union. Our Senior Management personnel oversee the operations, service, product development and implementation while keeping the credit union financially strong.
Anna May Nauss - President/CEO
Anna May Nauss has dedicated 31 years to the credit union, with a focus on providing financial literacy and service to the local community. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting.
An active member of the Grange since age 15, Anna May has held leadership positions at all levels of the organization, which is committed to family, legislative, and community service. On the local level, she serves as Secretary, and is also the Treasurer of her county Grange. Mrs. Nauss recently served as Director of Youth/Young Adults for Pennsylvania State Grange.
Anna May serves as Secretary for the Board of Directors at the Mechanicsburg Chamber of Commerce. She is devoted to her community and is involved with many programs that directly benefit area residents. At the Mechanicsburg Area School District, Anna May devoted many hours to school activities when her children attended and has continued her involvement by mentoring middle school students for over 12 years.
Mrs. Nauss is a founder of Operation Wildcat, a program created by parents to meet the needs of all students in the District, and currently serves as Recording Secretary of the Board of Directors of Operation Wildcat. Anna May also co-chaired Project Gift Box for four years, matching the children’s needs and wants with willing donors during the holiday season.
Anna May was recently recognized for her service as a 2016 West Shore Chamber of Commerce Luminary award nominee.
Nauss’ vision for the future of the credit union is to grow membership numbers by offering valuable products and services. We’re in an age of cutting-edge technology and instant gratification, but Nauss wants to offer these cutting-edge products and services with AmeriChoice’s renowned personal touch.
Derek Holjes- Chief Financial Officer
Derek Holjes joined AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union as the Chief Financial Officer in 2018. Derek is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters in Professional Accountancy from West Virginia University and a Certificate in Fraud Examination and Forensic Accounting. Derek brings five years of public accounting experience specializing in the credit union industry to AmeriChoice. Prior to joining AmeriChoice, Derek worked as an accountant in postsecondary education and also in the oil and natural gas industry. Derek enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing and traveling.
John Needs - Executive Vice President of Business and Mortgage Lending
John Needs has been employed with AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union since 2003. Mr. Needs has more than 30 years experience in the financial industry and has been serving the credit union segment for 14 years. His previous experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Lending for Keystone Financial, Inc.
As Executive Vice President of Business and Mortgage Lending, Mr. Needs directs operations for commercial and business lending as well as mortgage lending and special mortgage lending programs.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Needs has been involved on various committees of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce. Previously he served as an Auditor for the Boys & Girls Club and was an active Rotarian for many years with the Rotary Club of Mechanicsburg.
Brad Grissinger - Vice President of Consumer Lending
As Vice President of Consumer Lending, Brad is responsible for overseeing and managing the Consumer Lending and Visa departments. Brad has also served AmeriChoice as Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending, Senior Loan Officer, and Branch Manager.
Brad earned his Bachelor of Humanities degree with a major in Communications from Penn State University. He is a graduate of the Judge/Bradley Leadership School and earned a certificate from the Investor Education Program. He is also certified in Advanced Lending and Financial Management by CUNA.
Through the years Brad has served the community through volunteering with youth organizations like Championship as well as his work with voter registration. Brad is also a supporter of the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and Humane Society of Harrisburg.
Brittney Monteith - Assistant Vice President of Marketing
Brittney Monteith joined the credit union in 2015 as the Director of Marketing. She brings several years of experience combined in the financial services and marketing industries, specializing in social media and content marketing.
As Assistant Vice President of Marketing, Mrs. Monteith oversees the marketing and business development operations of the credit union. She is responsible for establishing and executing the credit union marketing strategy, as well as team training, community outreach including events, sponsorships and company-wide community involvement initiatives. Bringing the credit union in to the future while maintaining the strong values that are so important to AmeriChoice is her top priority.
Brittney holds a dual bachelors degree from Duquesne University and a Masters of Business Administration from Eastern University. She is a member of multiple business organizations including Delta Mu Delta Business society and the American Marketing Association. Ms. Monteith serves as the Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Capital Area Networking group, on the West Shore Chamber of Commerce Programs and Marketing Committee, and is a partner in the Central Pennsylvania Association for Female Executives (CPAFE).
Roger Lange- Chief Information Officer
Roger has over 40 years of experience in the technology field, and over 28 years of experience in business IT. He has held leadership and staff IT positions in organizations as diverse as a large hospital, large and small healthcare clinics, warehousing and distribution, school districts, and manufacturing. He has five years of experience in the banking and financial services sector. His focus at AmeriChoice is continual improvements to the capability and security of IT systems, while controlling costs.
Roger has two grown step-children, and he and his wife are active participants in church and community activities.
