Accessing Branch Services
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (including fever, chills or cough), are under a physician’s advice to self quarantine, or are maintaining close contact with COVID-19 patients, we ask that you delay in branch appointments at this time until symptom free for 72 hours, or are cleared by a physician to return to activities of daily life. Members may utilize online and mobile banking for many transactions, or call 800-240-4364 for assistance.

The Safety of Our Employees and Members is of the Utmost Importance to Us
In order to protect our employees and members, we have taken steps to help reduce the potential spread of COVID-19. We will assess the situation as it progresses and share information on any changes as needed.
Our branch teams are diligent in frequent hand washing and sanitizing, and are wearing gloves while handling money as a protective measure. We have also partnered with our branch cleaning vendor to do additional full sanitization of all offices, desks and surfaces in each building.
You Have 24/7 Account Access
We want to assure you during this time and always that your accounts at AmeriChoice are safe. Your funds are Federally Insured by NCUA up to $250,000 per person, and now more than ever, digital forms of payment are a preferred option for many retailers over cash. We encourage members to take advantage of our many ways to bank from home. Using our online banking tool, members can check account balances and review transactions as well as pay bills and transfer funds between internal and external accounts. On our mobile app, members can deposit checks and have access to all tools that are on our online banking system, including our ATM finder, which shares over 35,000 ATMs nationwide where they can access cash surcharge free. Our telephone audio response system is another option available for those who need to check balances, review account activity, transfer funds, and more.

For our members who have loans with us, we are here to help if the COVID-19 situation has impacted their ability to make on time payments. We encourage everyone to reach out to our lending team at 717-697-3474 for assistance to find the best possible solution for each individual.
If you find yourself in a situation where you need access to funds and do not currently have a loan with AmeriChoice, our lending team is here to help. Members can apply for new loans online as well as on our online and mobile banking systems, with options available for electronically signing for certain loan types.
We also caution members to be aware of those who are attempting to use the current situation to benefit themselves. Scammers are actively utilizing multiple methods of phishing to take advantage of others. We have and will continue to share information with the public on known scams, but encourage members to monitor the FTC.gov page dedicated to COVID-19 scams regularly.
